Membership Tiers and Pricing

Membership is required to use any tool, regardless of type. A recurring monthly subscription is required for membership. Dues are paid on the 1st of the month, each month, and there is absolutely no proration. If you do not cancel prior to the first of the month, then please enjoy the makerspace for the duration of that month since there is no refund for any reason.

Additional training is required to use major power tools. Training classes are not covered by the membership fee. Downgrades between tiers is restricted to once annually. Downgrades are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Weekday Warrior (weekday access) - $60 per month

Associate (weeknight/weekend access) - $75 per month

Key Member (24/7 access) - $125 per month

Innovation Center Member (24/7 access) - $175 per month

Weekday Member Benefits Include

• Access to the makerspace during the following hours
  • Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • No weekend or evening access except for paid classes
  • May attend Open Office Hours (OOH) events that happen in the evening or weekend but the member must take the initiative to contact the host of the event to gain entry since the key will not work on the door and ringing the doorbell is not permitted to gain entry. Future daytime OOH may be available in the future.
  • Weekday Warriors are welcome at open community parties, volunteer roundups, team meetings, and member meetings
• The ability to sign up for and receive sign-off on all classes and tooling
• The ability to request classes using the waitlist system, and sign up for Members-Only classes

Associate Member Benefits Include

• Access to the makerspace during the following hours
  • Mon-Fri 5:00-10:00 pm
  • Sat/Sun 12:00 -5:00 pm
• The ability to sign up for and receive sign-off on all classes and tooling
• The ability to request classes using the waitlist system, and sign up for Members-Only classes

Key Member Benefits Include

• Unrestricted 24-hour access to the main portion of the maker space

• The ability to reserve a myriad of break-out rooms and classrooms for private use

  • Restrictions apply depending on the usage, consult with the helpdesk for more information
  • Rental of Classrooms is available for events such business meetings, work sessions, classes, or conferences (subject to availability)

• 1 additional adult (age 18) key membership that may be given to a spouse, partner, or another adult family member

  • This membership is approved in accordance with other key membership policies
  • The potential key member must complete their own 5 hours of community service.
