Door timing (starting 4/30/2022

Top ramp door: open 7 am - 7 pm 7 days a week. Downstairs NL door: secured 24x7 South Door (bathroom hallway): 7 am-7 pm weekdays and locked on the weekend

Front door and all other doors are locked 24/7

Makerspace Helpers are usually here to help in the front desk area from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Weekdays (except Friday) and from 12 pm to 3 pm on weekends.

I’m here at the door and I can’t get in ‘cause I forgot my badge, my badge was crushed by elephants, or the door is acting weird.

• If a doorbell is installed, please ring the doorbell
• If a doorbell is NOT installed, then we use the human process. Come to the front of the building and knock on the door or window. You may also drive to the parking lot of the brown brick building next door for easier access to the front door.
• Knock on the door and either a fellow member or the front desk volunteer will let you in.
• Be prepared to show them your Nova Labs ID on your phone
• Go to https://portal.nova-labs.org/sys/profile, Login to view your profile. Your member ID appears on your profile screen
