Nova Labs uses a color-coded system to indicate the ages for tool usage. There are 3 access level: 🟢 GREEN, 🟡 YELLOW, and 🔴 RED.
Note: Sign off for a given tools is a separate process that is required even if you meet the age requirements.
Green Tools may be used by anyone of any age. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult while using the tool.
Individuals must be at least 12 years of age to use Yellow Tools. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult that is signed off on the tool.
Note that most yellow tools require an additional sign off independent of age.
