Nova Labs offers various storage options to meet the diverse needs of its members. Pricing for storage may be dynamic based on demand and will be communicated to members through the rental form.

Vertical Storage	96”h x 8”w x 48”d (~21 cubic ft)	Designed for sheet goods or long/awkwardly shaped materials.

How to Rent Storage

Members can rent storage by following these steps:

Complete the Rental Form: Fill out the designated storage rental form, which includes selecting your preferred storage option.
Initial Payment: Make an initial payment for the storage via the Nova Labs donation form. The initial payment amount depends on the rental start date:
- Full Month Rent: If the rental begins on or before the 15th of the month.
- Half Month Rent: If the rental begins after the 15th of the month.
Unit Designation: After the form and initial payment are received, a storage unit will be designated to you.

Monthly Rental Fees

A monthly rental fee corresponding to your chosen storage option will be added as a member add-on to your monthly Nova Labs membership fee. This will be reflected in your regular membership billing.

Prohibited Items

Members may not store open food items or dangerous items in member storage. If it is not allowed at Nova Labs or requires special handling, it is not allowed in member storage. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, batteries with fire/explosive risk (e.g. LiPo), flammables/combustibles, corrosive liquids, items under pressure, and unlabeled bottles.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requires 30 days notice. To avoid being charged for the following month, email [email protected]. Once a payment is made on the 1st of the month, there are no refunds, and the rental will be valid for that month.

Storage Access

The Member Storage Steward or Nova Labs Leadership may need limited access to storage units. This may be due to various reasons, including, but not limited to, access to space or for moving, in case of emergency, or lack of payment. Nova Labs reserves the right to access your storage 'unit' should there be a concern that this policy is not being followed. The Member Storage Steward will make every effort to contact the member renting the unit in advance.
