💡 Plan ahead. There are a lot of parts to getting classes up, resources booked, contacting the waitlist, and marketing. Give the coordinator your dates by the 15th of each month. That way they have between the 15th and 22nd to get everything posted without stress.

💡 For new classes, have your pictures, class descriptions, and dates ready at the time you request the class. Be responsive when we contact you for more details.

Canceling a Class
- Sick? It is 48 hours before class and the class minimum has not been met? Inclement weather?
- Nova Labs respectfully requests that you consider a 2-person minimum if your class prevents members from using a tool or area. This is not a policy!
- Instructors are responsible for checking their class 48 hours prior to start to see if their personal class minimum is met. The shop coordinator will NOT cancel the class unless you have given them a minimum already. This minimum must be disclosed at the bottom of the class description. See your shop events coordinator or post your request on the Slack Active Instructor channel to cancel.
- Our goal is to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- If a minimum is posted at the bottom of the class, the class will be canceled 24 hours before the start and the instructor notified.
- The Shop Coordinator will follow the established cancellation workflow
