3D Maker Mole - Near Infrared, B&W only but can do textures, can scan your head
Revopoint Miraco - Infrared Structured Light, high resolution and can do big objects (near and far mode). Self contained can be used without a computer, great handheld and can do color.
CR-Scan Ferret 3D (Pro) Scanner - Near Infrared color scanner, works from small to large items
Revoscan software is currently free to use with their scanners, compatible with Windows, OSX, iOS and android, the software is excellent.
